Scheris Locke is a noblewoman from the house of Locke, a family of full-blooded vampires from the gothic reality of All Hallow's Eve; in this reality, the species of the vampire has evolved to the point where one doesn't need to sire another vampire by turning a human. Indeed, Scheris, like all vampires of her generation, are born of vampiric parents, who in turn are also fullbloods; there are absolutely no human-turned-vampires in All Hallow's Eve. Moreover, All Hallow's Eve vampires don't even need to feed off of a human's blood to survive; through a simple alchemic trick passed down from generation to generation, All Hallow's Eve vampires can transform water into the life giving blood they need, thus eliminating any need to hunt humans. In this, humans and vampires have enjoyed a millennias-long truce, existing apart from each other in their own nations, with occasional delegations between them. Scheris herself is a delegate representing the house of Locke... as an Ancient vampire of over four hundred eighty years, her powers as a vampire are indeed great, being one of the more formidable members of the Locke family. Possessing above-average human strength, enhanced speed and reflexes, Scheris can charm any normal human quite easily with her bewitching guile, the tone of her voice, and her decidedly skimpy attire. She is also immune to conventional attacks, as the attack would either glance off her body, inflict a very minor wound that she can easily brush off, or even pass through her as if she were an illusion, and even if she were injured, Scheris also possesses a healing factor, able to regenerate at an alarming rate of speed. She is also able to change her shape, taking a gaseous form, or the form of a wolf or a bat. Scheris can also summon and control swarms of bats or rates, as as well, a pack of wolves, depending on where she is at the time. Of course, like any vampire, fullblooded or otherwise, the same weaknesses apply to Scheris; holy symbols can keep her away, provided the users have faith in it. She can't enter an owned residence without being invited first, and sunlight can burn and potentially kill her. And of course, Scheris can die if a wooden stake pierces her heart, or if a blessed weapon injures her fatally.

The house of Locke had always been loyal to the Bloodgrave Royal Family, to "The Revenant" Shaed Bloodgrave in particular. Scheris had held a deep curiosity for the Earth dimension, wishing to visit it and eventually, make a home from it, and with Shaed's permission, she ventured to Earth. From there, Shaed had decided that her abilities as a vampire could be put to the best use in the EAW, as a kind of "super-referee;" normal referees are prone to injury, as well as the almost trademarked "ref bump" that happens more often than not. Shaed had convinced Scheris to take up the role of the special referee, unable to be knocked down or beaten up, to be used to decidedly end a feud. And indeed, Scheris' first refereed match was with the Undertaker Vs. Kane, where the Big Red Machine finally defeated his older brother in singles action.

Scheris' biggest test came at EAW Aggression 2007, where she refereed the War Games match, brought back since WCW Fall Brawl of 1997, there her nature as a vampire showed itself, when Sabu attacked her with a steel chair, only to have the foreign object glance off of her with no effect whatsoever. In the end, she awarded the win to Stone Cold Steve Austin's team over Kurt Angle's "Golden Army," when Seijimei Kuroido beat out Angle in a submissions race, Seijimei holding Brock Lesnar in a rear nake choke while Angle had "Code Red" Michael A. Connelly in the Olympic Rings; Seijimei managed to make Brock tap out before Angle could do the same to Connelly.
